Eurotech: Closing Completed for the Acquisition of Vem Solutions’ Business Unit

“Eurotech Manufacturing Services” (EMS) becomes part of the Group: integration of the Venaria Reale plant and strengthening of the Group underway

Amaro (UD), 15 October 2026 – Eurotech S.p.A. (Euronext STAR Milan: ETH), multinational company specialising in the development of Edge AI solutions and edge computing systems, announces that it has today completed, upon fulfilment of the conditions precedent set out in the relevant agreement, the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Eurotech Manufacturing Services S.r.l. (EMS), a newly established company.

Eurotech Manufacturing Services S.r.l. is the company to which VEM Solutions S.p.A. contributed its business unit dedicated to the engineering, industrialization, manufacturing and commercialization of electronic circuit boards and systems.

Eurotech has initiated the integration of the company into the Group, ensuring full operational, manufacturing and commercial continuity for customers and suppliers.
